Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Cold Clothing Store processes, ships, and delivers your orders. By placing an order on coldclothingstore.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all serviceable addresses across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery availability depends on your pin code and the serviceability of our courier partners in your area. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you after your order is placed and issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. The free delivery threshold applies to the product subtotal before shipping. Discounts, coupon codes, or other deductions do not affect whether the free delivery threshold is met — only the pre-discount product value is used.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sale periods, new launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will inform you if there is an unusual delay.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your courier partner and location. Cold Clothing Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and courier name via email. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at admin.coldclothings tore@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including flat/house number, street, area, city, state, and pin code.

Cold Clothing Store is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdelivered orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, re-delivery charges will apply.

We are unable to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. If you need to change your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at admin.coldclothingstore@gmail.com.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because no one is available to receive it, they will typically:

  • Attempt delivery again the following business day, or
  • Hold the parcel at a nearby facility for a limited period.

If the parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 7 days of the parcel being returned, we reserve the right to process a refund minus the original and return shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

8.1 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery. Note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the parcel. Contact us at admin.coldclothingstore@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging.

If you accept a damaged parcel, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8.2 Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, contact us at admin.coldclothings tore@gmail.com. We will raise an investigation with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

9. Store Pickup

If you select Store Pickup at checkout, your order carries no shipping charge. Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange collection.

Please do not come to collect your order before receiving our confirmation. We will hold your order for 7 days from the date of the collection notification. If you do not collect within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus any applicable handling charges.

You may be asked to present your order confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting.

10. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they will generally be shipped together in one parcel. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately. If your order is split across multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking details for each.

11. Public Holidays and Festive Periods

Courier services may be slower during Indian public holidays and major festive periods (e.g. Onam, Diwali, Christmas, New Year). Processing and delivery timeframes may be extended during these periods. We recommend placing your order well in advance if you need it by a specific date.
